Chester Town Hall is Open to the Public with Safety Procedures in Place

The Town Hall is open to the public beginning with safety procedures in place. For the time being, we will not be open on Tuesday evenings. Please be patient and respectful while we keep residents and staff safe. We encourage you to do your business with Town Hall by mail, phone, email or online if possible. There is also a town mail box on the wall in the front hallway if you have an envelope to drop off. Mask wearing is required in the building and we encourage making an appointment if you can. Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer which is provided upon entering. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. We will look forward to seeing you when you feel better!
