CHESTER PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Chester Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at 7:30 PM at the Chester Town Hall, 203 Middlesex Avenue (Community Meeting Room), Chester, Connecticut to hear the following applications –

Application for Special Exception #19-04 submitted by Deep River Distillers, Inc. (applicant) and 56 Middlesex Avenue LLC (owner) for Manufacturing of spirits and wholesale storage, on property located at 56 Middlesex Avenue, Chester, Connecticut (Tax Map 15, Lot 40, R ½ Zone).

Application for Special Exception #19-05 submitted by Camp Hazen YMCA (applicant and owner) for open wall pavilion structure, expanded paved parking areas and reconstructed entrances on north side of Route 148, on property located at 204 West Main Street, Chester, Connecticut (Tax Map 12, Lot 43 and 328, RC Zone).

#19-05 Petition for Amendment to Zoning Regulations submitted by Chester Planning & Zoning Commission, Section 73.6.3 Village District Design Standards Boundaries, to change 9, 12, 20 and 26 Water Street and 2 North Main Street from D-1 to either D-2 or D-3 (Village District).

At this hearing interested parties may appear and be heard and written correspondence will be received and made a part of the record. Copies of the above applications are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk for public review.
