Town Hall Closed to the Public – Appointment Only

Starting Monday November 30, the Chester Town Hall will be temporarily closed to the public except by appointment only for the protection of the town employees.

We are still conducting business. Please call and speak to the specific department by phone or email.

There is now a drop box outside of the Town Hall door.

For Town Clerk recordings please leave the document package with your contact information in the box and call 860-526-0013 x 203 to let us know.

We will call or email you with recording information.

For all other deliveries, please let the relevant department know that you have left something for them.
